適合 96 孔微量盤的 BMB 光學成像系統，BioCode® 1000A 分析儀操作簡單，堅毅耐用。 反應發生後，磁珠會沉降至盤孔底部，便可辨識條碼及偵測磁珠的螢光訊號。 單一盤孔即能檢測數種標的物。 而每一個盤孔可加注一份待測檢體，故一個 96 孔盤便可同時操作 96 份患者檢體。 本系統可同時於 96 份檢體中，檢測 1 至 128 種標的物，且僅需耗時 1 小時。
BioCode® 1000A 分析儀的可移動載台 (XY 平移)，能夠快速掃描整體微量盤，並透過 CCD 相機，同時偵測明視野條碼訊號及螢光反應訊號。 而檢測出的生化反應量化報告便是根據螢光強度分析完成。 Cy3 和藻紅素 (PE) 為一般用來偵測標的物之螢光染劑；若想選用其他螢光染劑，只需轉換成其他的光學濾鏡套件。 透過數位條碼編碼，每個 BMB 磁珠均帶有訊息，可說明固定於磁珠表面的生物探針。 BioCode® 1000A 分析儀能夠快速顯示各 BMB 的條碼及螢光強度，對各探針的反應結果，提供更明確的分析報告。
